• Respond to your event enquiry or registration
• Send you confirmation and event information emails
• Follow up with relevant event details, scheduling and logistics
• Maintain records of event attendance and interest for service delivery

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your personal information is stored securely on servers located in Australia (Sydney region) operated by Vultr Holdings Corporation. We implement the following safeguards:

• Encryption of sensitive data fields at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Transmission of all data over HTTPS (TLS)
• Access controls limiting staff access to authorised personnel only
• Automatic deletion of lead records after 12 months unless a business relationship is ongoing

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose your information only to:

• SendGrid (Twilio): Used exclusively to deliver transactional confirmation emails on our behalf. SendGrid processes email data solely for delivery purposes and does not retain or use it for other purposes.
• WK Digital: Our technology partner who operates and maintains the form platform on our behalf, under strict confidentiality obligations.

All third parties are required to handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our event registration platform uses minimal session-based cookies to maintain form functionality and prevent duplicate submissions. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or analytics purposes.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
