AT Nurse Consulting Service (ATNCS) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This policy applies to all personal information collected by ATNCS through our event registration and enquiry forms, including those operated by our technology partner WK Digital via the connect.digitalp.com.au platform.
We collect the following information when you submit an enquiry or register interest in an ATNCS or Elite Nurse Partners event: full name, email address, phone number, organisation, role, event of interest, and any additional information you choose to provide.
We collect your personal information to respond to event enquiries, send confirmation emails, follow up with event details, maintain service delivery records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
Your information is stored on servers in Australia (Sydney region). We use AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, HTTPS for all data transmission, strict access controls, and records are deleted after 12 months unless an ongoing business relationship exists.
We do not sell or trade your information. We share only with: SendGrid (Twilio) for email delivery, and WK Digital as our technology partner, both under strict confidentiality obligations.
We use minimal session-based cookies for form functionality and duplicate prevention only. No advertising or analytics tracking cookies are used.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and lodge a complaint about privacy handling.
